Ripe Plantain Bananas With Cheese

Where to begin when talking about the ripe plantain bananas with cheese?

So much goodness in one dish.

Which of the delightful and delicious facts is the most important?

I will start by commenting you that this is one of my favorite dishes.

It is the food that I choose when buying from the street vendors.

The one I could not live without.

And if I only had several kilos less, I would eat them every week.

With that I tell you everything!

This recipe is perfect to calm the whims and fancies for something delicious.

It is both sweet and salty, just perfect for both of the cravings.

The dish can be prepared both on the grill or in the oven.

Just remember when making it, use very ripe plantain bananas and a cheese that has a good taste when it melts.
